Solviro in use

See Solviro on three websites we run.

We use Solviro on our software for swimming clubs, planning practices and risk teams. We test how it answers questions, fits each website and helps visitors contact us when they need a person.

All three products are run by our team. SwimClub Manager, PlanMan and RiskMate use Solviro on their websites. They are our own products, rather than independent customers.

Why this matters

We use it to support our own products.

Running Solviro across products with different audiences helps us test how the service behaves with varied websites, support content and visitor questions.

  • Choosing the pages that contain useful answers
  • Matching the assistant to each product's name and brand
  • Showing visitors how to contact us when they need more help
  • Checking how it works on live websites
Results so far

We haven't published figures for changes in support enquiries, response times or sales on these sites. Those need enough data for a fair comparison.

See it for yourself

See how Solviro answers your customers' questions.

We'll prepare five questions using your public pages. You'll see how Solviro uses your content to answer, and when it points a visitor to your team for help.
